Fuckin' A! Sorry for that, sometimes I just have to blurt these things out as I am quite excited, you know.  Sharing such music calls for an exclamation of new found wonder!  These are special recordings indeed, and you should be excited.  The near schizophrenic dub parts come in waves, only to rear its head into some more familiar indie rock territory.  Sort of like a mushroom experience weaving in and out between reality and surreality.  I love these mushroom analogies!

There are a handful of albums that made a profound impact on the tone of my high school career; this is one of those albums in particular that will certainly tattoo its melodies into you for eternity (spin hohoho!!).  Its put under the genre "dream pop" and it seems to be exactly that; catchy tunes conjured up in the world of a dreaming mind.  The tones are so thick its like a haze of sound you will certainly get lost in.

Cold Foamer

What I gather from listening to the album for several months now is that this is somewhat of an homage to Modest Mouse's early days, and its done fantastically.  There's a hazy, free-form approach to the music that is undeniably pleasing and warm thats absolutely perfect for a drive through a small, nostalgic town.  Give these Philly natives a go!

Suuns

Suuns are a great band, and I'm having a difficult time being able to describe them, which in its self has me knowing this band is special.  They sort of sound like Liars, but more upbeat and accessible.  The song '2020' was used to advertise Only God Forgives, the next film from the director of Drive, who has a cool atmospheric and experimental tone to his films which is why it fits perfectly.

Candy Claws

This band has a sound to them that is absolutely beautiful.  They kind of remind me of The Ruby Suns since they have this nostalgic sound reminiscent of The Beach Boys, but they take this and turn it into a dreamy, uplifting sound which is always leaving me in a joyous state.
